EasilyEdible Café & Catering, established in 2011, is owned and operated by the dynamic duo, George and Kerri Barnett. George’s passion for food began years ago when his mother, a full-time caterer, stepped back from the business. Determined to carry on her legacy, George picked up the craft and began building his own name in catering—adding his creativity and bold twist to household favorites that quickly became crowd-pleasers.

 

For more than a decade, Easily Edible has been serving up unforgettable meals at weddings, parties, and community events. In 2025, George’s dream of owning a food truck became reality. Today, alongside his wife Kerri, the Barnetts bring the same joy, flavor, and family tradition to the streets—serving up mouthwatering comfort food with a twist that’s guaranteed to be a flavor bomb in every bite.
